Terms and Conditions :
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aamdeal mobile application, website, and platform (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Dealium Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By registering on, accessing, or using the Aamdeal Platform, you (“User”, “Service Provider”, or “Service Seeker”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.


1. Definitions
“Platform”: Refers to Aamdeal, a digital marketplace connecting service providers and service seekers.
“Service Provider”: A registered user offering services via the Platform.
“Service Seeker”: A registered user looking to avail services listed on the Platform.
“User”: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
“Company”: Dealium Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., the legal owner and operator of the Platform.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law to use the Platform. By using Aamdeal, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements

3. User Registration
Users must register with accurate, current, and complete information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or involves fraudulent activity

4. Nature of the Platform
Aamdeal acts solely as an intermediary platform to connect Service Providers with Service Seekers.
The Company does not provide any services directly, nor does it guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of services provided by third parties.

All agreements, disputes, and transactions are strictly between the Service Seeker and the Service Provider

5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
Disrupt the normal operation of the Platform.
Engage in fraudulent transactions or reviews.

6. Service Provider Obligations
Service Providers must:
Ensure the services listed are lawful and comply with applicable regulations.
Honor the commitments made to Service Seekers.
Maintain professionalism and quality in service delivery.
Not engage in misleading advertisements or practices.

7. Payments and Fees
The Platform may facilitate payments between Service Seekers and Service Providers through integrated payment gateways.
The Company may charge service, convenience, or platform fees, which will be communicated in advance.
All payment disputes must be addressed directly between the Service Seeker and the Service Provider.

8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the nature of the service and individual agreements between users.

The Company is not responsible for refunds or cancellations unless explicitly stated.

9. Reviews and Feedback
Users may submit reviews based on their experience.
The Company reserves the right to moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, is abusive, or is deemed misleading.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (excluding user-generated content), including logos, trademarks, UI/UX elements, and code, are owned by or licensed to Dealium Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.

Users should not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without written consent.

11. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
The Company makes no guarantees regarding the reliability, quality, or availability of services offered through the Platform.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dealium Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or any third-party rights.

14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India and language will be English.

16. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
